To recruit for a reserve list for Permanent and Temporary positions throughout Northern Ireland.
Job Description
You will take responsibility for all aspects of the on-train customer care environment, including passenger assistance/information, revenue protection, safety and all operational duties associated with the safe working of passenger services.
Essential Criteria
• Minimum of 2 years’ face to face experience in a retail/customer service environment
• Previous cash handling experience
• Experience in compiling/writing comprehensive reports
• Experience of dealing with customer complaints and face to face enquiries
• Experience of working as part of a team but able to use own initiative when required
• Aged 18 or over (in order to obtain a PTS certificate)
• Able to work a variety of shift patterns

Permanent Full time
44 hours per week
£365.54 rising to £487.38 per week on completion of training
