This morning the children from ‘The sunshine Room’ visited Pizza Express in St. Anne’s square. They had a great morning making margherita pizzas with Cody and Daniel the chef. The children worked with the pizza dough to make a circle by kneading, stretching and turning. Next they spread juicy tomato sauce all over the top. After that they sprinkled delicious creamy cheese all over the tomato sauce. Finally the margherita pizzas were put in the oven to cook. While the Pizzas were cooking we visited the MAC and played in their activity area. It was a trip that would take some topping!!!
