🎨✨ What an inspiring first session! ✨🎨 Today we were delighted to welcome renowned local artist Kerrie Hanna into our school to kick off an exciting art project with our Year 6 pupils. The children were buzzing with creativity as they began working alongside Kerrie on a large-scale art campaign, which will contribute to a brand-new mural at Belfast Grand Central Station 🚉🎨
Our pupils threw themselves into the session, exploring ideas, sharing their voices and discovering how art can tell powerful stories within our community. We are incredibly proud to be part of this fantastic initiative TransLink 🙌💙
Even more exciting is the news that this programme will also leave a lasting legacy right here in our school, with a new mural to be painted on site 🖌️🏫 A wonderful start to a creative journey filled with colour, collaboration and imagination ✨️ we can’t wait to see this project grow over the coming weeks! 🌈✨
