Our past pupil and Ross County striker Liam Boyce has joined English Championship club Burton Albion in a record-breaking deal.
Liam has signed a three-year contract with Burton who have paid a record club transfer fee - believed to be in the region of £500,000.
Liam was the top scorer in the Scottish Premiership last season with 23 goals and scored his debut goal for Northern Ireland in the recent victory over New Zealand.
We were delighted when he popped in to see us last year and just last week he sent us over a signed Ross County jersey. Liam is a true gentleman and we wish him and his family well as they prepare for the big move to England
