Coach Josh teahing our children core skills at PE 🤸‍♀️💪Balance and coordination are essential skills developed during primary school PE, helping children build a strong foundation for physical activity and overall motor development. These skills enhance body awareness, stability, and control, which are crucial for everyday movements like running, jumping, and catching. Improving balance and coordination also supports cognitive development, boosts confidence, and reduces the risk of injury. By engaging in activities that challenge these abilities, children develop better posture, agility, and overall physical literacy, setting them up for a lifetime of active participation in sports and recreation.
