This morning the parents and children from The Sunshine Room had a lovely stay and play session making 'Chocolate Easter Egg Nests' with Inhintz from the Whiterock Centre! Why not have a go at home yourself. All you need is: cooking chocolate, shredded wheat, mini eggs, bun cases and an Easter chick to decorate. Oh and a bit of patience, lol! First you break the Chocolate into pieces and melt over boiling water. Then you scrunch up the shredded wheat into a bowl. After that you pour the melted chocolate into the shredded wheat and mix together. Finally you spoon the chocolate mixture into bun cases and decorate with some mini eggs and a little Easter chick. Place your chocolate Easter egg nests in the fridge to set! Enjoy chocolate nests!
