The children in Mrs Kearney's class have had an amazing few weeks learning all about their topic 'Funky Food'. We did lots of drawing, writing, reading and art activities all about food, but our favourite part of this topic was filling our bellies tasting different foods from around the world. We made porridge and added our favourite toppings like strawberries, blueberries and even chocolate sauce (don't tell Miss Weir)! We also made cheese sandwiches, fruit kebabs, fruit smoothies and Easter buns! It was a yummy term in our classroom!
