Gross motor development 🤸‍♂️

10th Apr 2025
🤸‍♂️Today in PE, we’re building our gross motor skills — and it’s more important than you might think! Gross motor skills help us run, jump, throw, and balance, using the big muscles in our arms, legs, and core. They’re the foundation for everyday activities and sports, and they even support things like focus and coordination in the classroom. So, whether we're climbing, tumbling or doing circuits, we're getting stronger, more confident, and ready for anything. Let’s get moving and have some fun!
