In the Sunshine Room we read the story 'Owl Babies' by Martin Waddell and we decided to make chocolate owl buns. We followed a recipe to make the buns and decorate them!!!
They were DELICIOUS!!!
We also followed a procedure to make pumpkin soup then went for a walk around the school grounds to look for signs of Autumn. We got a lovely surprise when we discovered some carrots still growing, hidden under our beautiful sweet pea which was still flowering! I guess it's carrot soup next time on the menu!
