It’s that time of year when we are updating medical care plans for children with underlying medical conditions.
📄 If a form has been sent home with your child, please return it to your child’s teacher as soon as possible.
❗ If you have not yet received a form and your child has a condition that requires medication, please contact Ms. Starrs at the school to complete a care plan with her.
