We are increasingly aware that being online is a major part of children’s lives. Social media, online gaming, instant messaging platforms and image-sharing services enable children to connect with friends, explore interests, and discover new communities. However, these online platforms and services also come with risks. It’s important that we all help children and young people to understand the risks and stay safe online.
