🔧🌞 Young Engineers at Work! 🌞🔧
Our Year 2 children enjoyed a fantastic outdoor learning session this morning as the sun rose and treated us to a little January warmth. Being out in the fresh air, the children were fully engaged, having fun while developing their skills and learning together.
Outdoor learning like this is wonderfully cross-curricular 🌱📐the children used science and maths to problem-solve as they built and designed, while also developing their gross motor skills 💪. Just as importantly, they strengthened their social skills, working together, communicating, and building friendships 🤝😊.
A brilliant start to the day and a joy to see such enthusiastic learning outdoors!
