Here’s a simple microwave play dough recipe — quick, safe, and great for classroom or home use 🎨✨
🌈 Microwave Play Dough Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
½ cup salt
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup water
Food colouring (a few drops)
Instructions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and cream of tartar.
2. Add the water, oil, and food colouring. Stir until smooth.
3. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir.
4. Continue microwaving in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until the dough starts to come together (usually 2–3 minutes total).
5. Once it forms a ball and isn’t sticky, let it cool slightly, then knead until smooth.
Storage:
Keep in an airtight container or zip bag — it’ll last for weeks! 🎃
