Today was a wonderful day of outdoor learning for our Sunshine children, who made the most of the beautiful weather by spending time in our school garden. πͺ²πβοΈ
The children worked together to tidy and care for our garden beds, showing great teamwork and responsibility as they prepared the soil for planting. With great excitement, they began getting everything ready to grow a variety of herbs, learning about how plants need care, patience, and the right conditions to flourish. π±πΌ
As part of their exploration, the children also went on a mini beast hunt, carefully searching through leaves and soil to discover the tiny creatures that call our garden home. ππ This hands-on experience sparked lots of curiosity and conversation, as the children observed, discussed, and learned more about life cycles and the important role these creatures play in our environment.
It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm for learning outdoors, with every child fully engaged, asking questions, and developing a deeper understanding of nature. A truly joyful and enriching day in the garden! πΏβ¨
