P2 STEM learning 🪣

🪣 Our P2 children explored the idea of capacity by first estimating how much each container might hold. They then measured the capacity of the containers using non-standard units, eg measuring scoops to check their estimates. This activity helped our children develop early measuring skills and encouraged mathematical thinking through comparison and estimation. It also developed understanding of measurement, problem-solving, and practical maths in real-life contexts 👌
