P4 First Confession

20th Nov 2020

Dear Parents

As you are aware it was with much regret that our current P4 children were unable to have their Sacrament of First Confession in the last academic year due the closure of schools in March. We have been working with Fr Martin and had hoped we would be able to have the service in December, during advent. However, after last nights new lockdown announcement we have had to again make changes. We are happy to announce that we have brought the service forward to Wednesday 25th November, before the new restrictions are put into place.
P4 Miss O’Neill’s class at 1.15pm

P4 Mrs McComish, now being taught by Miss Rooney,  at 2pm.

We apologise for the short notice but know you will understand.
Parents should arrive at St Peter’s Cathedral 10 mins before the start of their child’s class time noted above.
It is ESSENTIAL that a maximum of 2 adults represent each child and that no siblings attend. We must also ensure social distancing both inside and outside the cathedral.
We would ask you to remain in your seats at the end of the service and follow the instructions given out regarding an orderly departure.

Children will go home with their parent immediately after the service.

Children should come to school as normal next Wednesday in their full school uniform.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you next Wednesday.

Please continue to look after yourself and keep safe.
Miss Weir, Principal
