What to Bring!  

                               Tracksuit Tops, t shirts, underwear, joggers/leggings & Socks - at least one change per day -                                (jeans are not suitable),

                               Swimsuit/swim shorts,  2 Pairs of trainers/runners (one old pair for Water Sports)

                              Personal Toiletries & Towels, Sun Screen, 2 Plastic Bags for wet clothing                          

                               Rain coat if bad weather forecast 

                              (Note: Wetsuits, Buoyancy aids & Helmets are provided for water-based activities)

Bring 2 towels (one for daily wash and one for water sports). Strictly NO mobile phones. 10/20 euro spending money is adequate.
