P7 trip to Carlingford 31st May/1st June  

Bus departs school 8.30am on 31st MAY. Returns @ 4pm on 1st June

Carlingford Adventure Centre - permission slip will be sent home this week. Please ensure you note any medical, allergies or intolerances. This slip is for Carlingford staff so clearly state any conditions/medications etc 

What to Bring!  

Tracksuit Tops, t shirts, underwear, joggers/leggings & Socks - at least one change per day. Please note that jeans are not suitable

Swimsuit/swim shorts,  2 Pairs of trainers/runners (one old pair for Water Sports)

Personal Toiletries & Towels, Sun Screen, 2 Plastic Bags for wet clothing                          

Rain coat if bad weather forecast - make sure you check the weather forecast 

 (Note: Wetsuits, Buoyancy aids & Helmets are provided for water-based activities)

Bring 2 towels (one for daily wash and one for water sports). Strictly NO mobile phones. 10/20 euro spending money is adequate.
