Mrs Peoples P1 class had a fantastic day out In Pizza Express in Victoria Square, Belfast. The session formed part of our new topic, 'Funky Food'. You can help us at home prepare for this topic by discussing with your child the different ingredients you use when making meals and snacks. Make sure to name each ingredient and then ask your child the next time you prepare the same meal to recall the name of each item as you show it to him/her. We need to build vocabulary and there is no better way to do this than to have your child help you when shopping and preparing meals. Many thanks to John, Cornelia and Chris for their outstanding level of service. They are a credit to Pizza Express!!
