Primary 1 & 2 had great fun out in the garden today. We planted some beautiful flowers and found some mini beasts along the way! 🌼🌺🌻🌸🦋🐜🪲🕷️
🌱 Gardening offers children so many wonderful benefits! It supports learning across the curriculum by developing skills in science, maths, literacy and problem-solving through real-life, hands-on experiences. Socially, gardening encourages teamwork, communication and responsibility as children work together to care for plants and outdoor spaces. Spending time outdoors in nature also has a positive impact on children’s mental health, helping to reduce stress, build confidence and promote calm, happy minds. 🌼☀️
