Positive case in your child's class?

We have had a few queries from parents about what to do if they know their child has been around a positve case but PHA HAS NOT contacted them.

What are we doing with our own children at home?

If we know that our own children have been around a positive case then we're doing lateral flow tests before school each day on our own kids for 10 days. If our kids show symptoms then we're getting them a PCR test. If they test positive on a lateral flow or on a PCR then they need to isolate. This keeps our own families safe and our school family safe. We're all in this together.
