We’re excited to share some fantastic news – iRock School of Music will soon be visiting our school for an interactive, live music experience at an assembly in November!

They have asked us to share the following information with you

This assembly is just the beginning of an incredible opportunity for your child to experience the joy of being in a band. Following the demo assembly, iRock lessons will be available at St Joseph's Primary School, offering pupils the chance to build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and express their creativity – all while rocking out to their favourite tunes during the school day!

What is iRock?

iRock is an award-winning organisation that makes music lessons fun and accessible for everyone. Pupils can join a real band, choose their favourite instrument (vocals, drums, keyboard, or electric guitar), and learn to perform popular songs together.

What you need to know:

• No prior experience is required – all instruments are provided
• Lessons are suitable for all children, from P1 to P7
• Sessions will take place during the school day
• Children take part in weekly lessons through a simple monthly subscription of £44.95 that can be cancelled at any time (payment holiday during July & August)

• Each term ends with an exciting band performance, where pupils can showcase their progress to family and friends.
