Today, the Executive has announced that schools and other education settings will have the half-term holiday break extended from Monday 19th October to Friday 30th October inclusive. Our school will be closed to all pupils during these two weeks.
- We will REOPEN on Monday 2nd November and not Tuesday 3rd November as was originally planned on our school holiday list.
- During the week beginning 19 October direct payments will be made to parents of pupils in receipt of Free School Meals.
- It is essential that all children (apart from those sick or isolating) attend school for the remainder of THIS week. Please note we have our school vaccination programme on Friday.
We would also like to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to Miss Rooney who will be teaching Mrs McComish's Year 4 class for the rest of the academic year when we return in November. Mrs Mc Comish will be leaving us this Friday as she embarks on her maternity leave. We know you will join us in wishing her well and we look forward to seeing her again in the next academic year.
