World War 2 Learning in Year 4 🪖
6th Jan 2026
What a powerful way to bring learning to life 📚✨
Today, our children visited the World War II Museum to extend their learning on their current topic. This hands-on experience gave them a unique opportunity to handle real artefacts from the World War II period, helping history move beyond the textbook and into their own hands 🪖🕰️
By engaging directly with artefacts, our children were able to deepen their understanding, ask meaningful questions, and make strong connections with what they have been learning in class. Experiences like this help to embed learning, spark curiosity, and make history memorable and meaningful.
A fantastic day of exploration, discovery, and learning that will stay with them long after the visit 🌍✨
